In August, Chris and the boys went to Corpus Christi with the Cub Scout Pack to spend the night on the USS Lexington. Here are some pictures of their trip:
The kids also started school in August. They were excited to go back....not really! This year we transferred Hannah and Matthew to the school Rebeckah and Austin went to last year. It is a small school that goes from Kindergarten through 8th grade. There are a total of 141 students. Hannah and Matthew have already made friends there and like their teachers.

The first day of school seemed to have drained their brains or something because they weren't too with it when they got home! Here is how our afternoon went after they got home from school:
We went to Wal-Mart after we picked them up from school and then went home. Chris had had Sean all day (so I could have a nice quiet kid free day) and Sean stayed clean and dry all day. Not even 5 minutes after we got home, Sean pooped in his pants!! I was tired and hurting from our trip to the store and Chris was loaded down with work and Cub Scout stuff, so I asked Hannah if she could help out. I told her to take his socks off first, so she sat down and took off HER socks! Sean starts throwing a fit that he wants daddy to clean him up. So Chris starts to clean him up. Right before all of that started, I had asked Austin to clean my toilet. So he heads off to the bathroom and soon comes out with the Clorox wand and asks me a question. (Keep in mind, Sean is throwing a fit, the tv is blaring and Chris is fussing at Sean.) Austin asked "You just put this in the water and swish it around?" I tell him yes and he heads back into the bathroom. Chris handed Hannah the poopy underwear and tells her to go dump it. So off she goes and just a second later she is back and asks "Dump it where?" (This is right after Austin asked his question.) Chris tells her to dump it in the toilet and then Austin comes out of our bathroom and says, "I have flushed the toilet ten times and that stupid scrubber pad won't go down!" I screamed back at him "They are NOT flushable!!!" AAAHHH!!! Chris went off to take care of that and I told Sean he needs to go wash out his underwear. He comes back and tells me he can't find them. I asked Hannah what she did with them and yep, you guessed it.....she dumped them in the toilet!! It must have been a full moon that night!

On Labor Day weekend the girls and I had a spa day. It was a surprise for the girls. They thought they were surprising me with a spa day. I wish I had had the camera to capture their faces when they were told it was for them too! We had manicures, pedicures and our hair done. It was the first time for the girls to get their nails done. They loved the pampering. I did too! :)

The girls decided to throw me a surprise baby shower. They got some help from some good friends of mine. They put together a guest list and Rebeckah even registered me at two different stores! I had a great time. I don't have many pictures from the shower because the girls got too involved and forgot to take pictures. I will have to get pictures from one of the ladies that helped with the shower. Rebeckah did take some videos of a game they played though. You had to put a potato between your knees and walk to a jar on the floor and drop the potato in the jar. I didn't think I would be able to do that since I can't even see my feet! I gave it a try anyway. Here is the video of me playing the game:
Tomorrow is the big day!! I am going to be induced in the morning. I can not believe I will be holding little Mr. Preston tomorrow!! The girls are going to be there with us tomorrow. They are really excited. I am sure it will be a while before I blog again, but I will have pictures of the newest Holder!
